Objective

Fit a bumper bar onto the front and back of the vehicle that kills the motor power if there is a collision.

Fit a big red button so that any child can stop the power in an emergency (and a little green button to turn it on again!)

Allow the PIC to be able to toggle the power by sending short +5 volt pulses to the flip-flop

Method

A NOR gate flip flop is made with a CD4000 chip

An N type MOSFET (on a large heat sink) switches the high current path to the two H bridge motor controllers
